We aim to deliver our books, collections and recordings to you within five business days. If you're concerned about the non-delivery of an item you've ordered, please email service@museumsetc.com and we'll check it out.

Return, refund and cancellation
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. All our books, collections and recordings are covered by our guarantee of satisfaction: if you decide the product's not for you for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a full and prompt refund.

MuseumsEtc Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfil an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about other relevant products or services.

MuseumsEtc Ltd only collects the information that is necessary to process your order. All orders are processed through PayPal. All account information collected on this web site is stored on PayPal’s secure site and is not available to MuseumsEtc Ltd's computers, other than shipping and email information. We do not store financial information such as credit or debit card numbers.
